NORTHWEST SYSTEMS THERAPY
Welcome to our site. Being here is the first step toward healing in your personal life and in your relationships.
Systems therapy considers both the person, and the relationships they are in. We look at the person holistically. As a Sociologist and a Marriage and Family Therapist, I value each individual that steps into my office and do my best to help my clients feel comfortable and welcome. I strive to help clients find a healthy balance of personal time, family time, and work time. I attempt to model this lifestyle by holding myself to the same standards as my clients.

The intersection of race, gender, social class, sexuality, nationality and religion are deeply embedded in my counseling approach. I believe my client’s issues and concerns need to be addressed individually, relationally and environmentally.

I work with individuals, couples (dating, engaged, married), and families of all configurations. For those comfortable with the enneagram, I can incorporate that language into our sessions if you prefer. Counseling appointments are in person on Wednesdays or though a HIPAA compliant web-based platform. This allows you the comfort and flexibility to meet when and where you are able. I have limited availability for in-person appointments but have more flexibility online.

Taking the initial steps into the journey of healing is the the hardest part. Please let me know how I can help you get to where you want to go.
