NORTHWEST SYSTEMS THERAPY

Welcome

You've taken the first step toward healing in both your personal life and relationships. In systems therapy, we focus not only on the individual but also on the relationships they are part of. I approach each person holistically. As a Sociologist and Marriage and Family Therapist, I deeply value each client who comes into my office, striving to create a welcoming and comfortable environment. My goal is to help clients achieve a healthy balance between personal time, family time, and work, and I hold myself to the same standards I set for my clients in this regard.

My counseling approach is informed by an understanding of how race, gender, social class, sexuality, nationality, and religion intersect in each person's life. I believe it's essential to address your concerns on an individual, relational, and environmental level.

I work with individuals, couples (dating, engaged, or married), and families of all configurations. If you're familiar with the Enneagram, I can incorporate that framework into our sessions as well. Counseling sessions are available in person on Wednesdays or through a HIPAA-compliant online platform, offering you the flexibility to meet in a way that's most comfortable for you. While in-person availability is limited, I offer more flexible online scheduling.

Taking the first step toward healing can be the hardest part. Let me know how I can support you in reaching your goals.
